- Group of musicians known as TVH z hor
("the band") decided to make their recordings publicly available,
in digital form.
- The band is not responsible in any
psychical or other damage caused by our recordings to any person or object,
or by person influenced by our recordings.
- Please make sure if your government
allows you to expose yourself to artifacts (either material or spiritual)
which may alter your consciousnes and/or emotions before listening to our
recordings.
- You can download download, copy or
otherwise duplicate our recordings as long as you agree with all
conditions of this license and follow them.
- You can re-distribute our recordings for
other then personal use only if you keep original filenames (you may only
extend them - like TVH2000_Nerad.mp3), or, if you will write the
recordings to audio-CD, the song names must be listed on it.
- Copy of this license - known as The Open
Music License - must be distributed together with the recordings, in
unmodified form (eg. in the same directory on the CD-ROM or as hypertext
link on the page where the files are available for free download).
- Listeners must be informed, that the
recorded music was performed by the band called TVH z hor (eg. by
mentioning it on the web page, labeling the audio-CD or the CD-ROM, etc.)
- You may not re-distribute our recordings
for money or broadcast them on TV or classical (analogue) radio without
written permission from the band.
- You may not broadcast our recordings on
Internet (digital) radio stream subsidized from commercials or publicly
perform them in commercial enviroment (clubs and events with entrance fee)
without e-mail permission from the band.
- You are not allowed to distribute our
recordings if you convert them to lower quality media (eg. MP3 files with
higher compression rate, low quality Real Audio files, classical audio
tape, etc.).
- You may not distribute modified versions
of our recordings (eg. remastered or remixed) without consulting the band
by e-mail.
- Examples of music distribution forms
which are compatible with this license: home collections of digital music,
personal digital music players, free parties, clubs without entrance fee,
tapes for walkmans and other private use, etc.
- This Open Music License is not
compatible with international copyright laws and organisations and
asociations of record industry or authors (like RIAA in USA or OSA in
Czech Republic) are not allowed to charge money from anyone, at any
occassion, for protecting intellectual property protected by this license.
- Intellectual property defined by this
license is under protection of all citizens of Internet/Cyberspace. We
invite them to protect it in all adequate ways.

("kapela") se rozhodla nabidnout sve nahravky verejne k
dispozici, v digitalni podobe.
- Nejsme zodpovedni za jakekoliv psychicke
nebo jine poskozeni zpusobene nasimi nahravkami jakekoliv osobe nebo
objektu, nebo osobou pod vlivem nasi hudby.
- Pred poslechem nasich nahravek se
ujistete, zda vam vase vlada nebo vasi rodice nezakazuji vystavovat se
pusobeni artefaktu (hmotnych nebo duchovnich), ktere mohou pozmenit vase
vedomi a/nebo emoce.
- Nase nahravky si muzete stahovat,
kopirovat nebo jinak duplikovat pouze pokud souhlasite se vsemi podminkami
teto licence a dodrzujete je.
- Nase nahravky muzete sirit pouze pokud
zachovate puvodni nazvy souboru (muzete je pouze rozsirit - napr.
TVH2000_Nerad.mp3), nebo, pokud nase nahravky zapisete na audio-CD, musite
na nosici vypsat nazvy nahravek.
- Kopie teto licence - nazvana The Open
Music License - musi byt distribuovana v nezmenene podobe zaroven s
nahravkami (napr. ve stejnem adresari na CD-ROM, nebo ve forme
hypertextoveho odkazu na strance, ze ktere lze soubory stahnout).
- Posluchaci musi byt informovani, ze
nahravky byly porizeny skupinou jmenem TVH z hor (napr. zminkou na vasi WWW
strance, nadepsanim audio-CD nebo CD-ROMu, apod.)
- Bez pisemneho souhlasu kapely nase
nahravky nesmite sirit za uplatu nebo vysilat je v televizi ci klasickem (analogovem)
radiu.
- Bez e-mailoveho souhlasu kapely nesmite
vysilat nase nahravky v Internetovem (digitalnim) radiu nebo je verejne
prehravat v komercnim prostredi (napr. kluby a hudebni akce, kde se plati
vstupne).
- V pripade konverze nasich nahravek na
media s nizsi kvalitou (MP3 soubory s vyssi urovni komprese, soubory Real
Audio nizke kvality, klasicke magneticke pasky, apod.) je nesmite dale
sirit.
- Bez e-mailoveho konzultovani s kapelou
nesmite sirit modifikovane verze nasich nahravek (napr. remasterovane nebo
remixovane).
- Priklady forem distribuce slucitelnych s
touto licenci: domaci sbirky digitalni hudby, soukrome prehravace
digitalni hudby, vecirky (parties) bez vstupneho, kluby a jine podniky
nevyzadujici vstupne, kazety do walkmanu a pro jine soukrome pouziti,
apod.
- Tato Open Music License neni slucitelna
s mezinarodnimi zakony na ochranu autorskych prav a organizacim ci
asociacim nahravacich spolecnosti nebo autoru (jako je RIAA v USA nebo OSA
v Ceske Republice) neni dovoleno vyzadovat od kohokoliv pri jakekoliv
prilezitosti poplatky za ochranu intelektualniho vlastnictvi chraneneho
touto licenci.
- Intelektualni vlastnictvi definovane
touto licenci se nachazi pod ochranou vsech zodpovednych obcanu Internetu/Kyberprostoru.
Vyzyvame je, aby jeji dodrzovani branili vsemi adekvatnimi prostredky.
